To get to Casa Velha do Palheiro from Funchal Airport (Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport - FNC), the quickest and easiest option is to take a private transfer, which will take around 20–25 minutes. If you prefer more flexibility, renting a car is a good choice, taking about 20–25 minutes; you’ll follow the VR1 highway towards Funchal and then exit at Junction 13 (Boa Nova), following signs to Palheiro Golf & Casa Velha do Palheiro.
