On this tour, you´ll have the opportunity to visit one of the region´s top factories, where you can observe the meticulous process involved in creating these exquisite delicacies. From the fishing to the preservation, the artistry behind each anchovy is a true statement of local culinary heritage. Afterward, we´ll drive through the charming town of Santoña, where you´ll enjoy stunning views of the bay and the picturesque port area.
Next, we´ll head to a prestigious local winery, where the history and art of winemaking come together. To complete your gastronomic journey, we will visit a local artisan cheese factory, famous for producing exceptional cow cheeses made from the milk of the native Pasiega cow. This visit will give you a close-up view of the traditional cheesemaking process, where traditional methods are used to create rich, flavorful cheeses that are a true representation of Cantabria´s culinary heritage.
